Agrodolce Red Onions

What

• 2 large red onions, cut into 3mm thick rings / half moons
• 1 cup (230ml) red wine vinigar
• 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar
• big of salt

How

Simply cook down in a saute pan adding water as needed.
